The10th Frontier Academic Forum of Electrical Engineering（FAFEE 2022）, which is hosted by China Electrotechnical Society (CES) , will be hold in Wuhan in November 2022. This forum aims to build an advanced academic exchange platform in the field of electrical engineering. Through Keynote speech, paper exchanges, lectures and seminars, exhibitions and technical visits and other methods, the participants will deeply discuss new theories, new materials, new technologies and new results which emerge in the field of electrical engineering and relevant interdisciplinary subjects in recent years. With this aim in mind, we call for papers from all academic leaders and science researchers in the field of electrical engineering, and teachers and students of all colleges and universities. All contributions and participation are welcomed.

1. Papers must be original and first published research results, and the content should meet the CFP scope.

2. Authors should use the templates obtained from the conference site to format their papers (Format Template)（所有论文必须按照格式模板排版）

3. The papers will be reviewed by Technical Committee，and the review results and participation form will be mailed to authors by secretariat of Organizing Committee according to the suggestion of Technical Committee.

4. All papers must be submitted through the online submission system(Online submission system)（所有中英文论文必须通过下面FAFEE2022在线投稿系统投稿）

1. The conference accepts both Chinese and English manuscripts. All accepted papers will be recommended to the following Chinese journals or English Proceedings (EI).

2. The high-quality Chinese manuscripts accepted by the annual conference and participating in the conference will be recommended for publication in Transactions of China Electrotechnical Society (EI) in 2023.

3. All accepted papers in English and all the Chinese papers accepted by the conference (the Chinese papers have been translated into English) but not recommended to journals will be published in the Conference Proceedings (LNEE, ISSN：1876-1100, EI source) by Springer-Verlag Publisher, Germany, which will be submitted to EI Compendex index.
